Founded in 2014, Auckland Designs Solutions Ltd is a full-service architectural design firm with extensive experience in a broad number of project types in residential housing, commercial and industrial design including resorts and hotels.
The company’s forerunner Jitendra Sen lives and works in Auckland, New Zealand. Auckland is located in the north Island of New Zealand. Auckland is one of the most growing cities of New Zealand where Jitendra is always busy working on a broad range of projects from simple dwelling through to complex design and apartments. Jitendra had worked for both small and large architectural firms in NZ and in the Pacific. He spent most of his career life in the past 25 years providing outstanding architectural designs to around 800 to 1000 clients. His wide-ranging experience includes working for Ramwall Homes for 8 years and other firms, including running his own company in Fiji for 10 years before migrating to New Zealand for bigger opportunity.
A member of Licensed Building Practitioner, the architectural works completed over Jitendra’s career to date include all types of residential houses, commercial, industrial, resorts & interior fit outs of varies sizes and scale. His most recent projects include new apartments & terrace houses in Manukau, 12 Terrace houses in Mangere and more similar project of the same nature in a pipeline.
Establishing the business in 2014, Jitendra brings his expertise, vast knowledge, experience, ideas and experienced team of experts to devise integrated and sustainable design solutions.
Jitendra’s wife Ameeta Sen is the company's shareholder and CAD expert who has contributed much to bringing the best quality service and the best possible client experience to more than 300 clients throughout New Zealand,
